Keeping the lights on, service and sales are great, but
Ive bought 4 bikes in 3 years. Roland has been an amazing salesman and AJ has kept me on the road and has a lot of knowledge. However the choice in external venders that this dealership uses and the follow through has been unpleasant to say the least. My bike has been out for paint since April. It is now October. This is completely unacceptable. Ive tried to make contact with the painter and he will not respond. He said to a rep at the dealership that I keep changing my mind. The color has been red and gold with his own freedom to paint how he likes since day one. Ive attempted to get an answer from the dealership and havent had any success. This is the worst customer service I have ever received or even witnessed. Im paying for a bike in pieces in the service department. All I want is my bike back, running and painted as promised when I purchased it. (Employee: Andrew Ross, Roland Villanueva)
